Working with Claire, I modernised the social media profiles for the business to make them look as professional as possible and optimised them for online search. After conducting some competitor research, it was clear that the copy and paste from Rightmove just wasn’t cutting it anymore and so taking a fresh approach, I humanised the captions, modernised Instagram highlights, designed a new link in bio to improve the customer journey. I also encouraged the team to send through short videos of the properties for sharing as reels. This has resulted in the estate agents attracting a high-end clientele and the promotion of properties not only working to increase sales but also to attract those wanting the very best estate agent to sell or let their home.
